Contract Signing and Payment Terms

Once an agreement is reached between the parties, a service contract is signed. To confirm the order, a payment of at least 50% of the total project cost must be transferred to the company’s bank account.

Equipment Supply and Delivery Timeline

After the order is registered, the delivery and documentation process for equipment—mainly related to renewable energy projects (inverters, solar panels, backup batteries, wind turbines, etc.)—takes approximately 25-35 business days, as most items are sourced from international suppliers. The completion of other services is carried out according to the project scope and contract terms.

Warranty and Service Support

  • Manufacturer Warranty: All equipment is covered by an international warranty from the manufacturer.
  • Free Service Support: Equipment installed by our company is provided with one year of free service maintenance
  • Customer Responsibility: If the equipment malfunctions due to customer intervention, the cost of replacement parts is covered by the customer.

Technical Maintenance and Outsourcing Support

After one year of installation, we offer our customers outsourced technical service options. This service includes subscription-based support for engineering communication infrastructure.

Design and Analysis Services

Feasibility Studies and Planning: The preparation of technical and economic feasibility studies, site measurements, design, and cost estimation for solar and wind power plants is a paid service. However, the amount paid for these services is deducted from the final project cost if the order proceeds.

Consultation and Site Assessment: These services are chargeable, but if a contract is signed for project execution, the consultation and assessment services are provided free of charge.

Execution Timeline and Quality Assurance

Project Completion: All installation and construction work is fully completed within the timeline specified in the contract.
